Good throwing... Is that 700g.? Do you know a guy called Paulo Ostapowicz. He is still throwing 53m+ at 56 years of age with 800g. We all respect him at our club. He wants to throw 60m at 60- 800g. If he actually trained im sure he would.

Of course...By the way, in Finnish book concerning 1984 olympics your second and best throw 81m+ in final was descpriped: " Paikaltaan heittämisen maailmanennätys". Same in english can be translated like "world record in standing throw".

never had any problem with shoulder or elbow or anything for that mattertraining now focuses mostly on conditioning
